A house or a place to live is primary need for all beings, but the lack of affordable housing buy rent can trigger global crisis. After collapse market in US subprime crisis 2008-2009 there was revival focus on market. Empirical research has been conducted look at variables that affect prices. However, it still rare researchers examine influence macroeconomic countries have strong role world economy. Therefore this study aims determine effect Consumer Price Index, Construction GDP, Unemployment Rate, Population Density, Exchange Rate and Power Purchasing Parity House Index as an indicator reflects So, contribution provide novelty use price index determinants it. This quantitative using secondary data. The regression model used Random Effects Model. result significant positive impact Therefore, government needs maintain stability these two indicators so prices remain stable. show negative monitor exchange rate reduce unemployment no decline Meanwhile, construction GDP population density Additional studies are urgently needed identify factors movements contributing regional levels.
